Wood-Mizer’s BiMETAL blade for cutting wood is designed for high performance in industrial production environments. The high-alloy backing material of the BiMETAL blades offers a combination of durability and fatigue resistance, resulting in longer sharp life than MaxFLEX or DoubleHARD, especially when cutting harder, more abrasive wood species.

**PLEASE NOTE: Wood-Mizer Carbide blades are designed for any and all horizontal sawmills, this material isn't designed for vertical machines for which we would recommended our other range of Carbide material: Vertical Carbide Material **
RazorTip Carbide is a tough blade that stays sharper longer in the most difficult sawing conditions such as tropical hardwoods, kiln dried timber, engineered wood, and more abrasive materials. RazorTip Carbide blades utilize a very hard "triple chip tooth" configuration with an alternating "carbide" raker tooth that can withstand the hardest of hardwoods and provide a very smooth finish.
